Service Delivery Manager

We’re looking for a passionate Service Delivery Manager to oversee IT solutions delivery, ensuring seamless project execution across various sectors while driving innovation and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for tracking progress and adjusting as needed to keep the project on track.
  • Identify improvement areas within a business and recommend ways to increase productivity and enhance the quality of outcomes.
  • Ensure the members of the project take actions to implement the solutions on time
  • Successful delivery of project deliverables on time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in implementing solutions in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Center and Networking solution in a Medium , Enterprise and Public Sector companies.
  • Solid experience in managing the project from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, risk management, resource allocation, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Ability to listen to customers and solve their issues
  • Possess effective communication verbally and in writing
  • Exhibit strong leadership.
  • Knowledgeable of MS Project software is desired
